Every number on the wall is computed by one engine, audited nightly against the raw call records, and shown the same way on the TV, the dashboard and in reports.
Service Level, done right
Answered calls plus missed calls you recovered by ringing back, over calls received. Short abandons excluded, callback waits kept as waits. The formula is printed next to the number — five variants if your team counts differently.
Live “now” bar
In queue, longest current wait, talking now, who is on the line — streamed from your PBX every 4 seconds and scoped to the queues on that board. The wait never resets when the queue re-rings your agents.
Callback promises
How many callers took the callback offer, how many got their call, the median ring-back time, the slowest kept promise — and the list of who is still owed one, right now.
Nobody left behind
Every abandoned call ends one of four ways: called back, rang us back, tried N times without contact, still open. The four always add up. Open numbers stay on the wall across days until someone reaches them.
Per-agent drill-down
Click any agent: answered, outbound, callbacks recovered, talk time, availability and occupancy — by hour, for the day, against their rostered shift.
TV links without a login
Open any board with one link on a smart TV with a web browser, a TV stick or a PC screen. Public mode masks customer numbers, links are revocable, can be pinned to an office network, and one screen can rotate through several boards.
A wall builder people actually use
Drop a tile anywhere on the grid; neighbours make room, a tile that does not fit reshapes itself, a pinned tile stays put. Text sizes itself to the tile. What you see in the builder is what the TV shows, only bigger.
Reports you describe in a sentence
“Every missed call we still owe a call back, by agent, last month.” The AI writes the specification; the engine computes every figure. 13 templates, PDF and CSV, scheduled e-mails to your own domain only.
Agent status history
Who was Available, on Lunch, in Admin or logged out, minute by minute, with calls laid over it — and who left the queue while callers were waiting.
Works from your rota
Upload the shift schedule (the AI maps the spreadsheet) and occupancy divides by scheduled minutes, not by login sessions people leave running. The wall shows who is actually on shift.
Useful on day one
We import your last 90 days during onboarding, so trends and reports mean something the morning after you start — not next month.
SLA alerts you can hear
The wait tiles turn amber a few seconds before a caller passes your answer target and red when they do — with a chime and an alarm on the TV if you want the room to hear it.
Rankings and every queue at a glance
Inbound and outbound agent rankings (answered, within target, dialled, connected) and a per-queue waiting board colour-banded 0 / 1–5 / 6–10 / 11+. Light or dark theme, your brand colour.
Every call, searchable
Search a number in any format, an agent or a queue across the last year. Open any call to see its whole journey: the wait, the callback request, the dialer’s attempt, who finally reached the customer.
Numbers you can defend
An independent recomputation runs every night (about a thousand checks) and the wall, the dashboard and the reports must agree to the call. Verified against the PBX console over thousands of calls with zero discrepancies.
